이용약관 — Bottle Flip Challenge

  1. 서비스 — 본 앱은 SnackGames Lab이 제공하는 무료 캐주얼 게임이며, 광고가 포함될 수 있습니다. 온라인 랭킹은 인터넷 연결이 필요하며 사전 고지 없이 변경·중단될 수 있습니다.
  2. 계정 — 별도 가입 없이 기기별 익명 계정이 자동 생성됩니다. 앱 삭제·기기 변경 시 계정과 기록이 이전되지 않을 수 있습니다.
  3. 닉네임 — 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 욕설·혐오·사칭(운영자 등)·광고성 닉네임은 금지되며, 자동 필터링되거나 운영자가 변경·삭제할 수 있습니다.
  4. 부정행위 금지 — 앱 변조, 메모리·저장 파일 조작, 자동화(봇), 서버 통신 위조, 취약점 악용 등으로 점수·랭킹을 조작하는 행위를 금지합니다. 서버는 제출된 플레이 기록을 검증하며, 위반 시 사전 통지 없이 기록 삭제·랭킹 제외·계정 제한을 할 수 있습니다.
  5. 광고·보상 — 광고 시청 보상(누적 점수 복구 등)은 게임 내 혜택이며 현금 가치가 없습니다. 광고 제공은 제3자 네트워크에 의존하며 항상 보장되지 않습니다.
  6. 지식재산 — 앱의 콘텐츠·코드·디자인은 개발자 또는 라이선서에게 귀속됩니다(폰트: SIL OFL, 이모지: Noto Emoji Apache 2.0).
  7. 면책 — 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 데이터 손실·랭킹 오류·서비스 중단에 대해 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임지지 않습니다.
  8. 변경 — 약관 변경 시 앱 또는 이 페이지에 공지하며, 이후 이용은 동의로 간주합니다.

  3. Nicknames — No offensive, hateful, impersonating (e.g., "admin"), or promotional names; they may be filtered, changed, or removed.
  4. No cheating — Modifying the app, memory/save tampering, bots, forged server traffic, or exploiting bugs to alter scores is prohibited. Submitted replays are verified server-side; violations may result in removal of records, exclusion from ranking, or account restriction without notice.
  5. Ads & rewards — Rewards for watching ads are in-game benefits with no cash value; ad availability is not guaranteed.
